He possesses solid expertise in financial auditing, tax, and financial consulting within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a professional track record spanning more than two decades. He has successfully led numerous Initial Public Offering (IPO) projects in the Saudi market and provided strategic advisory services to leading companies across various sectors, including banking, real estate, industry, and retail. He has deep knowledge of Zakat and tax systems and holds leadership roles and board memberships in several prominent organizations.

• Member of the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA)
• Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA)

An accomplished executive with a proven track record in financial consulting, corporate law, and business sector services. He has extensive expertise in tax and Zakat auditing and advisory within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He previously held leadership roles at the Saudi Electricity Company and the Egyptian Tax Authority and currently serves as the General Manager at Al Murajeoon Al Arab Group for Financial and Zakat Consultancy.
